COVID-19 Information

In order to provide karate in a safe way during the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Living Skies Wado Kai Karate Clubs will be offering classes in a modified format.

  1. All classes have been limited in size to facilitate adequate social distancing

  2. Classes in both the YMCA and Warman have a 30 minute cleaning buffer to allow sanitization of the facility

  3. Students will not be permitted to attend multiple classes or switch between class sections

  4. Students from the same household will be placed in the same sections regardless of age/belt rank

  5. Instructors for each section are dedicated to that section and will not switch between class sections

  6. There will be no shared equipment available during classes

Additionally we ask that students do not attend class if they or any member of their household: have experienced any of the following symptoms within the preceding 48 hours (except where those symptoms are explained by existing conditions as indicated by a physician), if they are currently waiting for a COVID-19 test result, have a positive COVID-19 test result, or have been advised by health authorities to self-isolate.
